At Hatopia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 30 days from receiving your order to return or exchange items.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at team@hatopia.co.uk. Once approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know in your return request. We will ship the replacement once we have received the original item.
