Hatopia Return and Refund Policy

At Hatopia, we are proud of our excellent customer service and our track record of zero disputes with customers. While issues are rare, we are committed to resolving any concerns that may arise promptly and fairly.

General Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including any packaging or tags.

  • Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at team@hatopia.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s).

  • Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Personalised Items

  • Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable: Please note that personalised or customised items are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective

Clearance Items

  • Items purchased from clearance sales are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

  • Provide photographs of the damage or defect to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
